Day 3

today's island hopping day! booked our island hopping tour at 9am.. so woke up ard 8 for breakfast.. today's breakfast was better! kuay tiao.. hot cakes.. omelette.. choc cake.. yumyum...

at ard 915 someone picked us up from hotel to the jetty and tog w 13 others on the same boat, we started our island hopping tour!

while we were busy phototaking.. we spotted this super song guy on e beach.. haha u'll laugh ur heads off when u see e following pic..

after which he went snorkelling wearing e goggles w tube and flippers w e girl in e pic plus one more girl.. LOL...

we stayed on e beach for an hour den move on to watch eagle feeding and e famous 'Lake of e pregnant maiden'

afterwhich we came to a freshwater lake.. call Dayang Bunting.. da went down for a swim..




stayed ard an hr there den speedboated back to the jetty.. already lunch time so we had lunch at our hotel's cafe flamingo.. we decided to call back Wahab to bring us ard for the aftern..


1st stop: Perdana Galleria

this gallery houses the gifts from various countries to msia which includes vases.. clocks etc.. fabrics even.. n aso cars! snapped some pics secretly w my hp cam coz if bring in cam nid to pay additional 2RM.. hurhur

2nd stop: Cenang beach
Entrance fee: Free!
Sight rating: 2.5 stars


haiz we had tot this beach would be as nice as tanjong beach.. but sadly it isnt.. prob is more commercialised coz it;s whr all e water sports are played.. so it's more crowded.. feels somewhat lk east coast beach leh... din even take pics of it we asked wahab to bring us back to tanjong beach.. but i did have a shou huo from here! hurhur bought a pair of cooL shadeS! hehe gift frm da! wheee~~~~


3rd stop: Tanjong Rhu beach
Entrance fee: Free!
Sight rating: 3.5 stars


hahah i gave a lower rating this time.. coz prob due to sunset, e beach doesnt look as nice as e day b4!! & due to high tide e sand path is missing! booo... but at least it's less crowded than cenang beach.. swam for a while there..

4th stop: Shrimpz

after eating cup noodles for 2 meals e day b4.. we finally had a seafood dinner! recommended by wahab, we went to this open space restaurant call Shrimpz.. we haf our dinner in a small hut aka cabana.. & their seafood comes fresh from this rear pond!

our food: tomyum seafood soup, black pepper prawns, chilli chicken, kangkong, icelemon tea

their food tastes v fresh and healthy.. even their icelemon tea is real tea plus pieces of lemon.. not those syrup kind.. their prawns are organic prawns so doesnt have e 'xing wei'.. thou they are smaller in size haha.. kangkong is crunchy.. everythin tastes great! oh but beware of mozzies.. bring repellant!



finished our dinner, wahab brought us back to kuah town.. and we thank him for being such a great guide for past 2 days.. they are really v friendly pple n we pay him for e day's cab he dun even check whether correct amt anot loh.. this is call trust between people.. hurhur..

yup dropped at e town we went to get drinks! coz wahab told us beer in langkawi is super cheap coz of tax free.. n guess wad? this is e shocking price....
