fry egg with minced pork.. presentation nt v gd la.. hurhur..
earlier gave da nokia navigator hp as his bday present.. coz his sony ericsson v cui le la.. hehe.. da loves e gps service! hehe..
morning went over to da's place n cooked lunch for him! promised to cook XO seafood fried rice for da since we went to sze chuan dou hua.. haha.. althou of coz nt up to restaurant standard but it's still yummy~!!! wahaha..

Recipe for the interested:
Fried Rice Ingredients
1. a bowl of cooked rice
2. garlic (chopped)
3. shelled prawns
4. scallops
5. fish cake (diced)
6. Lee Kim Kee XO sauce
7. 2 eggs
8. some spring onions
basically, heat up oil.. bao4 xiang1 the garlic.. den throw in the prawns.. followed by scallops.. add in at least 2 tablespoons of XO sauce.. and contd to stir.. add in the fishcake.. push aside the food in the wok.. add in beatened eggs fry till 1/2 cooked den throw in e rice.. stir till mixed and ta-da! it's done!
yupz.. da ordered Rite pizza to treat his family for dinner.. large pizza is big de lor!! aft tt went east coast and had starbucks.. gave da a surprise muffin birthday cake hurhur.. impromptu buy from starbucks.. hehe...
