Day 4: 04-05-08

Leofoo Village
it's themepark day!! whee~~ we went to e nearest themepark to Taipei city called Leofoo Village or 六福村.. took 火车 to Zhongli station den cab to e themepark.. somewhr near Leofoo is also e Window on China aka 小人国.. but we din go there la.. haha.. entrance fee to leofoo is NT890..

e themepark is subdivided into 4 themes: African Safari, Arabian Kingdom, South Pacific, Wild West.. we started off with African Safari.. in here there are themepark rides as well as animals.. it's lk a zoo.. aso there is a carnivore's area where e lions, monkeys are not caged at all!! so there is tour bus that takes us in to view e animals n haf to go pass tall gates machiam jurassic park haha.. then there is aso a steam train ride to view e herbivorous animals lk sheeps, giraffes (goh we saw ur frens at jing4 ju4 li2 haha), goats n more.... e train is on level ground w e animals de so it's really cool~ haha.. we aso queued up for a open air above ground ride tt we'll haf to pedal on our own n tour e whole safari area.. quite scary for me tt one thou it's scary rating should b only 2? haha..



hungry us went to Arabian Kingdom n had lunch at e leofoo fastfood restaurant.. ordered chicken curry rice set and chicken wrap set.. nt bad.. oh den e staff hor wear different uniforms base on whr dey work.. e safari staff wear sth lk zookeeper brown de.. arabian kingdom is blue aladdin style.. cool man~ haha.. i lk a ride call sultan's adventure.. e ride is indoor and goes through a long dark tunnel with some twists n turns..




nxt was e South Pacific.. sth lk e hawaii style.. super disappointed coz e most fun ride was under reno... ARHHHHH.... e one tt comes splashin down into e water from a great height.. nevertheless we played e wine barrel one.. can get quite giddy!! haha





lastly we went to Wild West.. but my cam went flat!!!! so no pics on this theme.. but we had a drenching n fun ride at wild west.. played e Big Canyon Rapids Ride.. got super wet but it's fun!! wahaha.. we were lk luo tang ji lor.. haha.. spent e whole day at themepark till 5plus den took bus tt goes straight back to taipei..


Casa Della Pasta
got ourselves changed n we had a splendid dinner at a pasta restaurant jus at e back of our hotel hahah.. it was under e recommendation of our hotel receptionist.. me n da gif 4 big thumbs up!!!! e ambience is nice is lk those english cottages built w bricks.. n it has 3 levels.. this restaurant business is really gd always super long queue.. it operates for only 5 hrs a day! 2 hrs for lunch & 3 hrs for dinner from 6-9pm... so aft we came back from leofoo n wash up it's already 8 plus... e queue no more le so we got a table effortlessly hehehe... da ordered a seafood pasta (NT160 nt ex at all!) which has prawns & sotong.. me ordered spicy chicken (NT155).. e chicken is nice de lor it's grilled de so e skin is crisy n inside tender hurhur.. oh we also ordered a calamari.. e pics r quite dark coz inside is dimly lit de.. dun dare to use flash abo everyone will turn n look at us haha..




Khotel I
hehe it's still nt e end of today's post! i've yet to talk abt our hotel.. e first 4 nites (includes daily breakfast for 2) we stayed at Khotel I which is at Zhongshan district.. e hotel is v up n recept is super helpful... excellent service v impressed! our rm is spacious n has a super big plasma tv (i dunno how many inch but it's BIG) with near 100 channels.. it has a minibar.. bathrm has bathtub & they also provide a hotspring packet haha.. truly enjoyed our stay there!!
